Add to Cart & Enable Toggle
When you receive an order, add the item to your cart on Unique Bazar and turn ON the "Dropshipping order" toggle.

Set Resell Price & Payment Type
Enter the Total Reselling Price you charged your customer and select their payment method (COD or Prepaid).

Checkout & Billing Details
Fill out address fields carefully according to strict white-label guidelines to protect your store identity.
⚠️ Crucial Checkout Guidelines
- Shipping Address: Always enter your Customer's Details (Name, Phone, Full Delivery Address).
- Billing Address: Always enter Your Own Details (Your Name / Store Name & Billing Address).
- Email Address: NEVER use your customer's email address. Use your own email address so you receive all order updates.
Payment Method Breakdown
How security fees and order payments work depending on customer payment choice
Cash on Delivery (COD)
Requires Security Amount- At Checkout: Pay Product Price + Shipping + ₹15 Packing Charges + Security Deposit.

Security Deposit Rates:
- Orders below ₹200: ₹50 Security Deposit
- Orders ₹200 & above: ₹100 Security Deposit
- Labeling: The shipping label will only display your total reselling price to be collected by the courier.
- Payout: 7 days after successful delivery, your Resell Profit + Security Deposit will be credited to your wallet.
Prepaid Customer
Zero Security Deposit- At Checkout: Pay Product Price + Shipping + ₹15 Packing Charges. No security fee added.
- Labeling: Clean white-label shipping tag with product description and quantity (no wholesale cost shown).
- Payout: Since your customer already paid you directly, your wholesale order is complete upon checkout.
Wallet Payouts & RTO Policy
💳 Wallet & Bank Withdrawal
Delivered COD order profits and security deposit refunds are credited to your Unique Bazar Wallet 7 days after delivery.
Bank Transfers: You can request a bank payout anytime once you hit the minimum balance! Minimum bank withdrawal is ₹500. Just WhatsApp or call our support team to initiate a transfer.
🚚 Return to Origin (RTO) Policy
If a COD order is refused or undelivered by the customer:
- The security deposit is non-refundable to cover return logistics costs.
- The returned product comes back to our warehouse and is safely held for you.
- We will re-dispatch that exact product for your next order!

We strictly respect your relationship with your customers. Packages feature zero Unique Bazar branding, logos, or wholesale invoice prices. Labels only show product description, quantity, and total COD amount (if applicable).
