1. Our Policy — No Returns, No Refunds
At Unique Bazar, all sales are final. We do not offer returns or refunds once an order has been placed and dispatched.
We strongly encourage all customers — especially resellers, retailers, and dropshippers — to review product descriptions, images, and specifications carefully before placing an order.
2. Damaged Items — What to Do
We understand that parcels can occasionally be mishandled during transit. If your item arrives damaged, we are committed to helping you resolve the issue. However, to process any damage claim, the following conditions must be met:
Mandatory: Record an Unboxing Video
You must record a clear, uninterrupted video of yourself opening the parcel from the moment the sealed package is in hand. This video serves as proof of the condition in which the item was received and is required for us to assess your claim.
⚠️ Without an unboxing video, we will be unable to process damage claims of any kind.
How to Submit a Damage Claim
- Record the full unboxing video without any cuts or pauses
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery via WhatsApp: +91 83680 58563
- Share the unboxing video along with your order number, name, and address
- Our team will review your claim and respond within 2 business days
We will do our best to assist you if your item genuinely arrives damaged. Resolution may include a replacement, partial credit, or another suitable arrangement at our discretion.
3. Quality Assurance
All products at Unique Bazar go through a basic quality check before dispatch. Our team inspects items to ensure they are in acceptable condition prior to shipping.
This quality check reduces the likelihood of receiving a defective or damaged item, but does not eliminate the risk of transit damage — which is why we require an unboxing video for all damage claims.
4. Non-Returnable Situations
The following situations are not eligible for any claim, return, or refund:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Product ordered by mistake
- Damage caused after delivery (post-delivery damage)
- Minor variations in color, shade, or appearance from product images
- Damage claims submitted without an unboxing video
- Claims submitted more than 48 hours after delivery
5. Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled only before they have been dispatched. Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
